It's National Apprenticeship Week in the UK so Filtermist has been to colleagues who started life as apprentices to get an insight into how they kick-started their careers as well as current apprentices who are at the beginning of their journey!

We spoke to people from around the business including aftermarket, production line and marketing to understand where they started their careers as apprentices and where they are now thanks to their apprenticeship training.
