Filtermist Systems Limited is currently recruiting for an AutoCAD Design Engineer.

AutoCAD Design Engineer - role description

Requirements for the position include the design of simple ducting solutions through to large system designs, liaising with both the Technical Sales and the Projects Team.

Working as part of the team you will be expected to take on new systems to design, evaluate and progress in line with the timescale of the project.

You will be directly responsible to the Contracts Team Leader and will be expected to ensure systems are adequately evaluated at regular intervals. There will be opportunities for additional training and development within the role to ensure all technical competencies are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working with the team to design various types of systems
• Complete on-site technical surveys
• Review and analyse project specifications
• Ability to use mathematical formulas for the design of systems, components and associated equipment
• Prepare GA and detail drawings for issue
• Liaise with clients to ensuring drawings meet their approval
