Matthew Wall, one of Filtermist's LEV Engineers, spoke to Joe Reynolds from MTD CNC about the importance of regular LEV (local exhaust ventilation) Testing on Filtermist's stand at Southern Manufacturing last week.

Matt, who recently completed his P604 qualification, was at the show to carry out LEV Test demonstrations using a Filtermist FX5002 oil mist filter mounted on a CSX low level stand. His interview with Joe touched on the HSE's latest focus on welding fume and CoSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) requirements, as well as Filtermist's UK wide LEV Testing service for all makes and models of LEV system.

He also mentioned Filtermist's recent acquisition of the DCS Group - a move predominantly designed to strengthen the company's service offering in dust and fume extraction.
