Filtermist have appointed SovPlym as their new distributor for Russia.

Based in the historic city of St Petersburg, SovPlym were formed in 1989 with the aim to satisfy the growing need in the USSR for clean fresh for the workers in manufacturing industries and other hazardous processes. The products were to be in accordance with recognized European quality standards.

With manufacturing and sales offices in 7 locations across the Russian Federation the company now employs over 500 people, and in 2010 they opened their first office in Kasakhstan.

Deputy Sales Director, Evgeny Isekeev, believes that Russian manufacturing companies are now taking an interest in the problems caused by oilmist, and that the Filtermistxcel2 range of centrifugal units are ideally suited to the market.
