Filtermist Limited has secured Great Place to Work certification for the third year in a row!

Great Place to Work Certification recognises employers who create an outstanding employee experience. Employees are asked to complete an annual survey which includes questions across five key areas (respect, credibility, fairness, camaraderie, and pride), which all feed into a ‘Trust Index’. To be certified as a Great Place to Work, an employer must achieve a Trust Index of 65% or higher – Filtermist smashed this with a phenomenal 81% overall score!
Commercial Director, Jo Morris, comments, “We work exceptionally hard to ensure our employees are happy at work. We try to foster collaboration across the business and avoid working in silos. Communication is key to our efforts, and we offer a wide range of forums where our employees can voice their opinions and have an input into issues which directly affect them.
“We have gone through a period of significant change over the past five-years, and we continue to evolve at a very fast-pace. Ensuring we recruit and retain the very best people is key to our ongoing success – this annual survey is a great barometer of how our employees in different departments are feeling and highlights any areas where we need to improve.”
