Latest LAP’s a wrap

The latest cohort to undertake Filtermist’s Leadership Advancement Programme (LAP) has been presented with their official certificates following successful completion of the 12-month in-house course.

The delegates from departments across the business took part in a wide-ranging course designed to strengthen their management skills which was led by external facilitator, Phil Bradley, from Inspire Me..Training.

Jo Morris, Director of Shared Services which encompasses HR, comments, “The Leadership Advancement Programme is designed to upskill Filtermist’s future leaders by providing theoretical information and practical advice on a wide variety of business-related subjects.

“The LAP sessions provided opportunities for the team to learn theory and then apply it in role-play-based scenarios to see how they would/should approach certain situations.

“We place great emphasis on training and upskilling to ensure our people can develop their careers at Filtermist if that’s the route they want to take. A number of the LAP delegates this time were previous Rising Stars - it’s great to see these individuals growing their skills as it benefits them personally and our business as a whole.”
