Mihails joined Filtermist nine and a half years ago in a temporary role in assembly. At the time he was looking for a foot in the door to a more permanent position and within three months he was offered a permanent role. Just four years later Mihails was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor where he used this opportunity to learn all about Filtermist’s products and develop relationships with all departments within the business. He also undertook all training opportunities offered to him to help further his career.
After another four years with the business he was offered a role in the Purchasing Team where he completed his CIPS Diploma. Eight months later and the position of Group IT Manager was created; and with his ‘Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication Systems)’ and ‘Cisco Certified Network Associate’ background, Mihails was perfectly placed to take up the role.
