Oil mist filters manufacturer Filtermist is pleased to announce that it will be showcasing its industrial extraction capabilities at Iscar Tools’ Collaboration and Capability event taking place next week.

The event offers visitors an opportunity to find out about the latest metal cutting techniques from Iscar Tools and its Technical Partners including Mazak, DMG Mori, SolidCAM and many more.

Filtermist’s Northern Sales Manager, Ryan Yates, comments, “Filtermist oil mist filters are used to remove oil and coolant mist generated in a range of metal cutting operations.

“We work closely with a number of machine tool manufacturers and their distributors to ensure hazardous airborne particles are removed at source. If left in the atmosphere, oil mist can cause a number of health hazards, as well as posing a slip and fire risk. Events such as the one being held by Iscar provide a great opportunity for us to meet with a wide range of customers to discuss the benefits of effective industrial extraction.”

As the UK distributor for sister company Absolent, Filtermist also has the capability to remove dust, fumes and smoke generated in manufacturing operations to ensure the air in factories is clean – protecting workers and helping employers comply with COSHH regulations.
