Northern Area Sales Manager (Dust and Fume) Andy Rawsthorne joined the Air Pollution control industry in the year 2000 and hasn’t looked back!
Andy, who holds a HNC in Plant and Process Engineering, as well as P601 and P602 certificates, has worked for a variety of dust and fume extraction suppliers before joining Filtermist in April 2025. As part of the Dust and Fume sales team which sells Dustcheck dust extraction units and process control filters, as well as products from other suppliers if required, Andy supports customers in a wide range of industries.
My main role is to respond to enquiries from customers with issues caused by dust and fume in the workplace. I arrange an initial site visit and then design a suitable extraction solution, produce a quote for the work and then handover all jobs secured to the allocated Projects Manager.
