Telford based Filtermist International Limited is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of the Gallito and FastClip brands in a deal which includes the assets of the company’s Wetherby manufacturing site. 

These brands were part of the DCS Group acquisition made two years ago, but are not core to the growth strategy of Absolent Group AB, Filtermist’s parent company. The decision was taken to sell this part of the business in order to focus on Filtermist’s primary areas of expertise.

All employees based at the Wetherby site will now be employed by the new business, reinstated under the original name Gallito Ltd, and the new company will remain as an important Filtermist supplier for fabrication work and its FastClip ducting range.

Filtermist Systems will continue to provide routine and reactive maintenance, and COSHH compliant LEV testing to existing Gallito customers with service contracts. Filtermist will also provide support if required for Gallito products purchased directly from Filtermist Systems Limited prior to this sale.
