Filtermist UK is delighted to announce that it was presented with the Rocket of the Year Award from supplier Absolent AB at a distributor event which took place during EMO 2017 in Hannover last week.

Filtermist has been the UK distributor for oil mist, dust and fume extraction equipment from sister company Absolent AB since 2010 when it was acquired by parent company, Absolent Group. The Telford based business offers the full Absolent product range alongside its own compact oil mist filters, manufactured at Filtermist’s HQ.

The Rocket of the Year Award is designed to recognise ‘the most significant percentage based growth in combination with turnover amongst Absolent distributors’.

Filtermist’s Director of Sales Stuart Plimmer comments, “We focus on providing the best solution for each individual customer and as a result, Absolent’s UK sales have benefited.”

Filtermist is one of more than 30 Absolent AB distributors around the world, so winning this award is testimony to the whole team’s commitment to customer service.

Notable Absolent projects completed by Filtermist in the UK include the installation of 24 Absolent A.Smoke80T filtration units at the Jaguar Land Rover Engine Manufacturing Centre (EMC), as well as five units installed for St Helens based precision repetition engineering specialist, Wealdpark.
