Seeing Filtermist in situ proves successful with ETG visitors

The opportunity to see Filtermist’s compact oil mist collectors in situ was extremely well received by visitors at the launch of ETG’s Permanent Trade Show earlier this month.

Filtermist’s S Series is currently the smallest centrifugal oil mist filter on the market – a fact that becomes abundantly clear when the units are viewed mounted on machine tools to replicate a workshop environment.

Matthew Pearson, Southern Area Sales Manager, commented, “The show was a great success and we received some significant enquiries for both Filtermist and Absolent extraction units. It proved to be a real benefit for visitors to view our units in situ on the various machine tools in the showroom to demonstrate both how the product works and its compact footprint – a detail which can never really be conveyed as well in a brochure as it can in a real life situation.”

As one of ETG’s valued partners, Filtermist was pleased to take the opportunity to showcase its industry leading range of oil mist collectors, including the FX and S Series range, to visitors requiring extraction to ensure their workshops are clean and safe. Filtermist also promoted the industrial extraction range from sister company, Absolent, which extracts oil mist, oil smoke, fume and dust produced by heavy applications.

ETG reported an excellent turnout with over 200 visitors attending over the three day event; both existing and potential customers from a variety of sectors visited to view the range of high-technology machine tools and value added systems provided by ETG and its partners.

Dickon James, ETG Marketing Manager, commented, “We are extremely pleased with the turnout we received at the launch of our Permanent Trade Show; visitors were very impressed with the selection of products and the significant benefits they bring to the workplace.”

The trade show is a permanent feature at the ETG showroom and available for customers to view as part of an all year round showcase. During this time, a four-monthly rotation cycle of high technology machine tools will take place where customers will have the opportunity to view extraction units from the Filtermist and Absolent range.
