Filtermist Asia will be introducing the company’s newest products, Vortex and F Monitor, at two major trade shows taking place in the ASEAN region over the next three weeks.
It will be exhibiting in booth B510 in Hall 105 at Metalex in Bangkok, Thailand later this week, followed by Manufacturing Indonesia which is taking place from 3rd – 7th December in Jakarta where it be located in booth F1402, Hall F.
Filtermist Asia’s Business Development Manager, Desmond Teo, says, “Filtermist launched Vortex and F Monitor at the major European show, EMO, in September where they both received a very encouraging response from show visitors. Metalex is the first opportunity that we have had to introduce these two accessories to customers in the ASEAN region so it will be interesting to hear what our customers think about the latest products.”
Metalex and Manufacturing Indonesia are both significant shows which Filtermist has exhibited at on a number of previous occasions. With the ASEAN region offering huge potential for Filtermist, taking part in this year’s shows will be more important than ever, as Filtermist Managing Director, James Stansfield, explains, “We have recently restructured our business in the ASEAN region due to an increase in demand for our products. Shows like Metalex and Manufacturing Indonesia offer excellent opportunities to introduce our newest products to existing customers, as well as talking to potential customers who may not be aware of how Filtermist can help keep the air in their workplaces clean.”
Filtermist has traded in the ASEAN region for over 20 years and has witnessed a number of changes during that time, including an increased awareness of the potential hazards posed by oil mist in the workplace. James adds, “Although manufacturers across the globe are generally more aware of the need to remove oil mist from the working environment, there is still a job to be done in educating some people about the potential hazards it can cause to both the health of their workforce and the safety of the production facility.
“Meeting people face to face provides invaluable opportunities to discuss all aspects of our oil mist collection capabilities and the benefits it can bring.”
