Filtermist have introduced an indicator gauge to comply with the HSE's HSG258 guidelines 'Controlling airborne contaminants at work'. The guidelines state that users of LEV systems must be able to tell that the airflow is adequate to control exposure whenever they are using the system. 

The Filtermist indicator comprises of a static pressure gauge that can identify whether there is a blockage within the unit or ductwork which could reduce the airflow. The systems can be fitted onto new or existing Filtermist units, and also retrofitted onto other non-Filtermist LEVs including dust, welding fume and smoke extraction systems.
