Industrial air filtration specialist Filtermist regularly sponsors a range of individuals, charities and organisations which are connected to its employees so it was delighted to be able to provide funding for local football team AFC Bridgnorth development squad for its new kit.

The sponsorship request was submitted by James Lloyd, an apprentice design engineer at Filtermist since 2017, who plays for the West Midlands division 2 team.

James comments, “I’m so grateful to Filtermist for supporting me, not only with on the job training for my apprenticeship role but also kindly sponsoring my team’s kit. Football has been a hobby of mine for the last 15 years and I’ve always played for local Bridgnorth teams.  The whole team are all really happy with the new kit which will be worn for all of our home games.”

Lydia Barber, Filtermist’s Director of Group Marketing said “As a company we like to support causes which are not only closely connected to our employees, but which are also local to our business.  We wish James and the AFC Bridgnorth development squad a very successful season in their new kit!”
