Representatives from Filtermist enjoyed an evening of entertainment at the ICC in Birmingham last week where it attended the prestigious The Manufacturer awards, hosted by The Manufacturer magazine.

Filtermist was one of seven finalists in the ‘Exporter of the Year’ category – and one of the top three highly commended companies in that group.

Almost 1000 guests, including employees from world renowned companies including BAE Systems, Cummins and Worcester Bosch, attended the ceremony which was compered by Gadget Show presenter Jason Bradbury.

Sales Manager, Stuart Plimmer, says, “Over the past 40+ years Filtermist has established both a global presence and reputation for working with some of the World’s leading manufacturers. The fact that we were placed amongst household names such as BAE Systems is a great honour for Filtermist and the team are all very proud.

“This was the first year we’ve entered The Manufacturer Awards so to be shortlisted at all is a great achievement. The event was extremely well attended and proved a great way to thank the team for their continued efforts which have significantly contributed to our ongoing expansion.”
