Our Singapore-based subsidiary Filtermist Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, will be among 2700 brands from more than 50 countries exhibiting at Metalex 2012 next month.
Taking place from 21st-24th November at BITEC, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, organisers are expecting more than 68,000 Thai and ASEAN buyers to visit the four day show which includes seven international pavilions.
Now in its 26th year, Metalex is the largest international exhibition of machine tools and metal working technologies in the ASEAN region. Filtermist Asia Pacific will be showcasing the recently launched ‘S’ Series as well as Swedish parent company, Absolent AB’s, range of dust and fume extractors, to this vital market.
Filtermist MD, James Stansfield, says, “Filtermist has had a presence in the ASEAN region for over 20 years and it is now one of our most important global markets. We have had a dedicated regional general manager based in Singapore since 2006 concentrating solely on supporting business in the ASEAN region.”
Filtermist Asia Pacific will also be attending Manufacturing Indonesia, taking place from 5th-8th December at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran. The 2012 show will be the 23rd in the series and expects to attract over 30,000 industry professionals from Indonesia and South East Asia.
